February 12 - Lake Mead National Recreation Area

We spend the day in this amazing park. We spent most of our time in two areas. The first had no name. It consisted of red hills dotted with black volcanic rocks and blueish bushes. Behind were hills in browns and tans. The sky was filled with clouds. Our last stop was Red Stone picnic area where there were rocks formed from sand dunes the dinosaurs roamed.
